President Obama is in Brazil.  After meeting with that country’s President, Dilma Rousseff, he reinforced that the “people of Libya must be protected.”

In Libya, French warplanes (yes, they have those) targeted Qaddafi’s forces because they are not following the cease-fire.

The Japanese government is reporting “trace amounts of radiation in tap water, spinach, and milk.”  Great.

At a fundraiser in Philly, Vice President Biden compared the Republican economic strategy to blaming rape victims for their rape.  Stay classy, Joe!
